Meet the Front Office Team
Lori, Office Manager
Lori has been part of the GDA family since 2007. She really enjoys her position as Office Manager and Patient Coordinator as it allows her to take the time with patients and really get to know them.
Lori’s positive attitude, willingness, and her love of working with people to make sure every patient has a great experience is evident in the time she will take with you to be sure every question is answered.
Dr. Matthew Scoles, Dr. Marc Scoles, and Dr. Susat are committed to giving the best care and a lot of heart to their patients. One of the top priorities for all of us at GDA is to make a patient’s experience a little less fearful and a little more pleasurable.
Judy, Patient Coordinator
My name is Judy Santostefano. I have been with GDA for just over a year now, having worked in retail management for 17 years previously. The valuable lessons I learned concerning the importance of great customer service and enjoying the people who come across my path daily are lessons that I bring to this practice. The best part of my job is trying to help our patients feel good to be here and that this is a safe and professional practice to be involved with. Having grown up here in town, my husband and I have raised our four children here as well. Our granddaughter also lives here in town. My interests outside the office include gardening, reading, and participating in the Women’s Ministry at my church.
Lenore, Hygiene Coordinator
I have been a part of Glastonbury Dental Associates for over 5 years as a Hygiene Coordinator. What is a Hygiene Coordinator? A Hygiene Coordinator is someone who is committed to assisting GDA’s patients with maintaining their overall health by helping them schedule their appointments while juggling all of the other of life’s scheduling conflicts. I am proud to be one half of the dynamic duo that handles the hygiene schedule.
Sarah, Patient Coordinator
Sarah is a Glastonbury resident. When she is not at the office, she values her time with her husband, beautiful daughter, and extended family. Sarah is fluent in Portuguese and spends a lot of time at many different functions/events at the Portuguese Club in Newington.
Sarah has been a dental assistant over 9 years and for the last four, she has been a part of Glastonbury Dental Associates as one of Dr. Matthew Scoles’ dental assistants. She feels Dr. Matthew Scoles, Dr. Marc Scoles, and Dr. Jon Susat are very dedicated, and their passion for doing the best possible dentistry is evident in their work.
With a desire to be more involved with patients, she has taken on many responsibilities, including maintaining patients’ accounts, billing, scheduling, and customer service. She has become extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the dental field, including processing insurance claims and estimates. Sarah is truly committed to helping our patients and attends continuing education courses through the Connecticut State Dental Association.
Sarah’s positive attitude and desire to meet the needs of our patients will make your arrival and departure from our office a smooth and easy one. She works one-on-one to help patients understand treatment plans and answer all of their questions. Her love of working with people and dentistry go hand in hand by making sure every patient has a great experience, leaving with a sparking smile and relieving any nervousness parents may have as well. She can’t wait to meet you and your family!
