Dr. Susat received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY in 1975. He spent a year in graduate study and as a Teaching Assistant in The University of Connecticut at Storrs Chemistry Department . He then attended Dental School at The State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1980. After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Susat joined Dr. Gary Garwood and Dr. Marc Scoles at Glastonbury Dental Associates in the summer of 1980. During his career he has continued his dental education by regularly attending formal continuing education courses. In 1999 after completing the education requirements and passing a written examination, Dr Susat was awarded a Fellowship in The Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Susat is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Susat has lived in Glastonbury with his family for over twenty-three years. He is a member of St. Paul Church and has served as President of the Parish Council and President of the St. Paul Men’s Club. He has volunteered as a coach for the Glastonbury Little League, Hartwell Soccer, Hartwell Travel Soccer and Renegades Basketball. He is also a member and past President of The Glastonbury Lion’s Club. |
